Automobile hub surface treatment technology

First, paint. The durability advantage of the baking process is obvious. It does not need a higher cost, but it will destroy the ecological environment to a large extent. At present, the paint process is often used in passenger car hub repair.

Second, spray. This process is composed of pre-treatment, dusting, painting and other processes, which can promote the corrosion resistance of alloy material to be enhanced, and the stain resistance of passenger car hub can also be improved.

Third, electroplating. This process is composed of water electroplating and pure electroplating, which has obvious advantages in environmental protection and excellent corrosion performance. The cost of water plating is relatively low, but the retention time of surface gloss is shorter. Pure electroplating process has a relatively high price, but the hub performance luster can be preserved for a long time. Fourth, water transfer printing.
